ABOUT THE JOB
We are expanding our Portland Marketing Department with a new Marketing Coordinator role.
This is a very exciting time to work at Andersen as we are growing and improving our Marketing Department. We take great pride in the stability of our Marketing Department and overall company. Our current Marketing staff averages 7.5 years at Andersen and we’re ready to strengthen our team with the right additional person. Job responsibilities include:
- Proposal assistance
- Qualification forms
- Social Media lead
- Database lead – tracks project information, resumes, lists, etc.
- Website updates
- Award submissions
- Surveys
- Organize/tag photos
- Jobsite photography
- Update company portfolio books
- Jobsite signage
- Branding assistance

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in marketing, journalism or communications. The successful applicant will have a college degree, strong writing & graphic design skills, the ability to multi-task, a keen attention to detail and a desire to work with a dynamic team. You must have advanced proficiency with the major Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Microsoft Office programs. The bulk of this job requires use of InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Dynamics, Word and PowerPoint. We will supply you with an excellent office setting. We need you to supply us with top-notch organizational skills, page layout, graphic design and writing skills, while under constant deadlines.
