Public negotiated contracts are a major portion of Andersen's portfolio

Over the past 10 years, we have completed over 60 public CM/GC & GC/CM projects for a variety of institutions.  All of these contracts utilized a GMP. Our public CM/GC & GC/CM experience provides a proven understanding of the ways we can assist the client in meeting their public entity responsibilities for accountability, documentation and good stewardship.

Recent CM/GC projects include the South Hills Middle School, Oregon State University Forest Science Complex and Grant High School Modernization. Recent GC/CM projects include the Whidbey General Hospital Expansion & Renovation and Seattle Housing Authority Hoi Mai Gardens Apartments & Red Cedar Apartments.

Oregon State University Austin Hall

Andersen has completed over 600 CM/GC projects in the past 15 years. This includes over 70 public CM/GC projects, including the award-winning OSU Austin Hall. The LEED Gold state-of-the-art facility includes ten 48-seat tiered classrooms, a 250-seat auditorium, 76 offices and 15 team/project rooms.
