The Carson is a 6-story 160-unit apartment mid-rise. Carson South is a 14-story 220-unit apartment tower. Both blocks include ground floor retail and share a 2-level underground parking garage with 602 parking stalls. Andersen built the development in a joint venture with JBA Construction.
