35,000 SF renovation and 6,000 SF expansion of the clubhouse for Oregon’s second oldest country club.
The project was completed in four phases while the clubhouse was in service. The expansion provides a fitness area, the golf pro shop and an outdoor social area. The renovation improves the entire existing facility. This includes locker rooms, dining & bar, kitchen, event room, entry lounge, living room and porte-cochere.
