This 3-story, 55,000 SF medical office building serves the community of Caldwell, Idaho.
The project involved a design-build process and includes a steel framed support system with a brick and glazed exterior skin system. The floors were built with concrete on metal decking. The project included the complete development of the site with all utilities and surface parking. This facility is connected to the West Valley Medical Center.
