This fast-track project involved construction of a three-story, 270,000 SF Research & Development facility, a 90,000 SF electronic manufacturing support building, and a 10,000 SF Energy Center. Through proactive management, Andersen's budget remained on target, and the final cost came in 1% below the GMP.
