This project is located on the 6th floor of the Horizon Pacific Building in downtown Tacoma, WA. The space is 15,000 SF and will be used as a new office space for the tenant Infoblox, who is an internet security company based out of California. The space has unique feature such as the original large exterior windows that surround the space, multiple original brick accent walls, and original ‘old growth’ structural columns & beams in the exposed ceiling. Our buildout will provide tenant with new offices, new finishes, new break room, new IT room & LAB and conference rooms.
