This project consists of the complete buildout of shell spaces on the 13th and 14th floors of the OHSU Kohler Pavilion. The 13th floor is a 24,000 SF medical surgical oncology impatient unit providing 30 patient rooms. The 14th floor is a 23,500 SF bone marrow transplant inpatient unit also providing 30 patient rooms. The project utilizes an aggressive schedule with OHSU moving in while construction activities are underway.
