Expansion of the Meadow Lake Village Retirement Resort in Meridian, Idaho.
Our team completed the original facility in 2007. Work on this expansion began with the Targhee Building, a 3-story, 106,000 SF wood structure over a concrete basement parking garage. The energy efficient facility includes 68 senior living condominiums and apartments. A single story, 29,000 SF Memory Care building completes the expansion. The wood structure includes 40 memory care units.
