Tenant Improvement project on the North end of the 9th floor at the Overlake Medical Pavilion.
This is a TI Build-out for Overlake OBGYN. The project consists of building out 9,451 square feet of shell space including framing, insulation, Gypsum Wall Board, Paint, Casework, Flooring, miscellaneous finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The clinic includes a Reception and Waiting Area, Nurse Rooms, Administration offices, 18 Exam Rooms, Staff Work Areas, Restrooms, Doctors’ offices, Clean and Soiled Rooms and an Electrical/Server Room. The new clinic expects to see around 200-250 patients a day and will be operational by December 7, 2015.
