A new, free-standing 17,200 SF central utility plant that supplies all electrical, heating and cooling systems for a new 307,000 SF, 8-story medical tower patient tower.
Equipment includes two 30,000 gallon fuel oil tanks, two 390-ton chillers, one 175-ton chiller, one 25,000 gallon fire water storage tank, three boiler systems that offer between 300 & 600 horsepower for steam generation, and two 2,000 KW emergency generators.
