Located in the Swedish Ballard Hospital, this 3,680 SF renovation was built on the 2nd floor of a fully occupied facility.
The scope included a new compounding area with an ISO-5 environment for an ante room, clean room & chemo room and an ISO-7 environment for an 800 room. There are also five remote compressors (located on the roof) which serve five refrigerators. The open pharmacy and office area include work stations, stocking shelves, processing tables, and packaging. An adjacent support area features delivery, breakdown, refrigerators, freezers and storage. There are four offices, several hotel (temporary use) desks, conference room, locker area and a staff break room.
