10 Barrel Brewing Company’s Portland pub features a 20-barrel (600-gallon) brewhouse & restaurant.
The pub has reclaimed wood contrasting with the bright steel of the front-and-center brewhouse immediately behind the custom built hostess desk. The 6,200 SF pub can seat up to 175, with the rooftop deck seating another 100 people. The existing low ceilings were torn down, opening up the space to its 18–foot high ceilings. Full-height old-growth support columns were sandblasted to highlight their natural rusticity and incorporated into the space, and plenty of bike parking was installed.
