Located on a triangle-shaped lot at the south end of Capitol Hill, above the Madison Park neighborhood in Seattle, this assisted living and memory care community is inspired by the Grand Houses of Capitol Hill and Madison Park built in the early 1900’s as Seattle expanded east. The 7-level structure includes a cast in place, post tensioned concrete podium containing an underground parking garage and ground floor level common areas with retail, along with five levels of structural steel studs. 102 apartments highlight the facility (77 assisted and 25 memory care). Community spaces include kitchen & dining, spa suite, movie theater, library, 'ManCave' entertainment room, crafts room, public cafe and a rooftop sky lounge with fire pit, BBQ and 270 degree views.
