This 5-story, 600-stall parking structure is shared by Cascadia College and the University of Washington-Bothell.
This new construction garage greatly alleviates the strained parking demand on campus by providing 600 new parking stalls. With a post-tensioned concrete structure, the above-grade garage is naturally ventilated due to its open-air design. A bioswale and a detention tank mitigate stormwater runoff. Trees that were removed during the project will be re-used as nurse logs on site or milled into benches to be re-used on campus.
