Andersen's 5th consecutive project with Seattle Housing Authority. This multi-building development was completed in Fall 2021.
As part of the Yesler Terrace redevelopment, this project includes 139 low-income apartments across three buildings connected via sky bridges and exterior walkways. Below-grade parking covers much of the site beneath the 6- and 7-story structures.
