Cordley Hall is a 220,000 square foot, multi-story academic laboratory building located on the OSU campus in Corvallis, Oregon.
The building remains largely unchanged from its original design, with most of the spaces, materials, and finishes existing as they were first constructed more than 60 years ago. This renovation, which began in July 2020, is a complete interior gut of the existing building. New construction will transform Cordley into a state-of-the art laboratory building with brand new MEP systems and lab gases, modern biology research labs, a 220 seat lecture hall, collections storage and teaching spaces. The renovation is OSU’s largest capital project to date and will be their Home of Biology for decades to come.
