This new three-story, 31,500 SF MOB is located on a 1.12 acre site at the corner of NW Laidlaw and NW Bethany Boulevard across the street from the existing Bethany Shopping Center.
Since the site is relatively small, the building includes a parking floor and a lobby at ground level. Andersen constructed the core and shell. The exterior skin consists primarily of brick with metal panel and precast accents. The interior core features stone tile floors, wood panels and stainless accents. Tenant improvement projects will immediately follow the core and shell work on the upper two floors. A Providence Medical Group/X-ray suite and a Providence Rehabilitation Services suite. Remaining shelled space is available for future tenants.
