This project involves the design and construction of a 28,000 SF, two-story medical office building that houses a physical therapy suite, blood laboratory, family practice, pediatric clinic and office space.
The building facade incorporates a mixture of brick, HardiePlank siding, cultured stone, metal panels, curtain wall and storefront. The entryways incorporate covered canopies with standing seam metal roofs. Open trellis structures are placed around the remainder of the building, framed with Yellow Alaskan Cedar. The building's heating and cooling system include one 70-ton packaged rooftop gas/electric air conditioning unit serving multiple parallel fan powered and variable air volume terminal boxes with electric reheat.
