This 88,000 SF mixed-use project is the first major construction project in the United States to use hybrid poplar for solid interior product use.
The project also includes certified wood for all finishes, low-flow plumbing fixtures, 95% recycled content for project waste, a high percentage of local and recycled materials, alternative fuel vehicles and a LEED Compliant Roof.
