The Brix Condominiums consists of 141 housing units in three separate buildings.
The three buildings sit atop two and a half levels of structured parking and share a common courtyard. The buildings comprise of two five-story buildings with two levels of brownstones and a third level of single level flats. The two buildings are connected via a sky bridge. The third building is a six level structure featuring single level units ranging from studio style to two bedroom units. All include stainless steel appliances, wood floors and granite countertops. The exterior skin is a combination brick veneer, fiberglass window system and metal panel. The six-story building features a roof top deck with plantings and views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound.
