The revitalization of this 4-story building originally built in the 1920's includes future office, retail and restaurant spaces.
Core and shell improvements include increasing the building height to 5 stories by way of an additional level added to the existing roof. Additionally, the existing roof was modified to include a new roof top patio. Upgrades consist primarily of ADA improvements, updated restrooms, a new elevator and new MEP systems. Office tenant improvement buildout consist of open layouts with amenities such as bike storage, employee locker rooms, and collaboration space. Modern finishes are implemented throughout.
