Currently under construction, the 37,000 square foot Cascade View MOB will house multiple tenants.
This 2-story standalone building is comprised of Structural CMU and steel. The project is located in an existing development in which the site is graded flat and utilities are at the property line, ready to connect. The sitework package is complete and includes complete utilities, paving, site sidewalk and gutter, landscaping and rockeries. The first floor will house 8,000 SF of Imaging space for Olympic Radiology and 7,000 SF for Harrison Medical and will be primary care space. The second floor will house an endodontist, an ENT, dentist offices, audiology space and general exam space.
