LEED Gold 2-story + basement, 33,000 SF remodel of the East Wing of the OSU Memorial Union. The project transforms the existing bookstore in a 440-seat event space. A new cafe, student lounge areas, multipurpose room, a remodel of the existing basement into a new kitchen space and associated MEP upgrades are also featured. Renovations also reach into miscellaneous interior renovations to the center of the Memorial union, including existing office / meeting spaces and restrooms.
