Sunset Gardens will be constructed on the existing Renton Housing Authority Headquarters in Renton, Washington
The project will be a low-rise mixed-use development, with an expected residential unit count of 76 units with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with a net rentable area of roughly 40,000 SF. As part of the residential programming, approximately 2,500 SF of community, social service spaces and management offices are anticipated to be included as well. In addition, the development is to include approximately 10,000 SF of general office space on a single floor. Construction is currently planned to be standard wood-frame two- and three-level structure over a concrete podium deck.
