The Idaho Elks Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine project is an approximately 15,000 SF tenant improvement on the fourth floor of the existing Portico West building in Meridian, Idaho.
This new facility, which relocated from its previous location in Meridian, focuses on the treatment of patients with chronic, non-healing wounds, and other related diagnoses. It includes much needed office space for the staff, a physical therapy gym, mobile X-ray room, 20 exam rooms, and a procedure room. The hyperbaric chamber suite, approximately 1,350 SF, holds six chambers, four of which were moved, through the fourth floor window, from their previous facility.
