This 15,000 SF tenant improvement project is the last space to be built out in the Kohler Pavilion and consists of the addition of 16 inpatient recovery rooms and 10 short stay recovery, all with supporting spaces including a nurse station, rehab area, storage, office space, and resident’s space.
