Completed in 6 months, Providence Bridgeport Family Practice includes a 14,086 SF buildout of a B-II shelled space on the 3rd floor of Bridgeport MOB. The project included constructing 24 exam rooms, 3 minor procedure rooms, space for 30 MA cubicles, a waiting area, new public restrooms and a common corridor. MEP was Design-Build.
